Disable keyboard autorepeat
  • bubbleboibubbleboi August 2010
I have a clean Slitaz install but now I have trouble finding out how to disable the keyboard autorepeat function (in ubuntu I did this just by typing "xset r off"). Does anyone have an idea? The idea is that if I press a key and keep on pressing it ,slitaz considers that I pressed the key only once.

    Hi --

Could you install the xorg-xset package and just use that command? Perhaps put it in the 'Autostarted Applications' item or ~/.profile to take effect each time you login, or /etc/init.d/local.sh for system-wide.
