    What can't you find; what are you looking for?

    DKMS stores no executables in /usr/bin so you wont have a dkms* command available to normal users but there is /usr/sbin/dkms, which should be available to root.
    Does /etc/init.d/dmks_autoinstaller and /usr/sbin/dkms exist?

    I did not find any folder or file with "dkms" in the name, as far as I recall. I no longer have that installation.
