I've applied it to full and live installs of slitaz-3.0 ,created multiple users.
All new users login and function as well as tux.
Edit /etc/slitaz/applications.conf to fix future new accounts
Edit  ~/.config/slitaz/applications.conf to fix an existing account
Add what's in bold
WINDOW_MANAGER="openbox"
to
WINDOW_MANAGER="openbox-session"
