I can`t post comment to existing topic (`Post Comment', `Save Draft', `Preview' & auto-draft-save hangs all).
I find these strings in html source of hanged page:

< h1 >Permission Problem< /h1 >
< p >You do not have permission to access the requested resource.< /p >

But I can start new discussion in ru-branch. And I can edit single existing (starting) post in discussion.
