mplayer has a -dumpstream option which let you save a stream of everything mplayer can play, if you are not concerned about size...
if you install mencoder too you could save the stream then recompress it as you like

I've used K9Copy which requires mplayer but no ones packaged it in Slitaz.

I found my way because i don't want to install kdebase files and trash my small slitaz :-)

1:1 copy with the tiny tool "vobcopy" and the Windows Tool DVDShrink running in Wine to extract the Main Title, delete languages what ever.
