Driver compiling
  • banjo101banjo101 January 2010
    I have a wi-fi adapter, belkin f5d7050
Its seems that there are no linux drivers for it so i looked on google to see if there are any other options and i found
that it is possible to compile a driver for it
I installed the different packages (make, toolchain, etc) and i follow the instruction for here:
    http://opensource.bureau-cornavin.com/belkin/index-fr.html

But when i tried to "make" it it gave me this:

make *** /lib/modules/2.6.25.5-slitaz/build: no such file or directory Stop.
    rt73.ko failed to build!
    make:*** [module] Error 1

    What's wrong???

have you install slitaz-toolchain? It might be because there's no kernel-headers package on your system.
