SliTaz is compiled with smp support, so yes, it does support dual-core. Meaning there should be a noticable speed increase in Applications that use mulitple threads or have been compiled to support them. You however won't see any improvements in those applications that don't (processor wise - increase in memory or using a faster processor will have a noticable effect though).
