Hello,

Since many days I am trying but I cannot get qt installed even though the installation of lib-QT4-dev and other packages was done okay.

Also I installed get-texlive but cannot use latex.

Please help. I cannot figure out any ways to get this working.

The get-texlive.tazpkg is a script for downloading and installing texlive from a remote site while connected to the internet.
This applies to all get-software.tazpkgs
When the remote mirror changes the path to their software the get script breaks.
I just tried to install texlive and received a 404 file not found error.

You'll have to open /usr/bin/get-texlive in text editor as root, find the correct path to the software it's trying to get,correct the script.

I have no answer for your other problems.
