    hello im new to this i have downloaded the 30 mb stable version of this program on u s b drive i get it home and it is looking for a program to open up to i dont know what to do with it im looking forward to trying this op if anyone has an answer for me please send it to zapman1951@yahoo.com thank you

    You need to burn the ISO to a CDROM.

    You can then use the CD to make 'Live' USB media.
