he says "when reboot my computer lost the changes..." so i thought that he can add virtual desktops but he can't find them anymore when he reboots, which could be the case of a liveusb
if you are not using an intramfs and root= is correctly set to your / partition, the only thing i can think of is a permission problem in your home directory. is .config/lxpanel/default/ in your home directory writeable from your user? when you add a virtual desktop in your pager .config/lxpanel/default/config and .config/lxpanel/default/panels/panel should be created. if they are not created you continue using the stuff in /etc/lxpanel which you have not modified.
this is my menu.lst # For booting SliTaz from : /dev/hda2 # title SliTaz GNU/Linux (cooking) (Kernel vmlinuz-2.6.30.6-slitaz) root (hd0,1) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.30.6-slitaz root=/dev/hda2
title SliTaz GNU/Linux (Kernel 2.6.25.5-slitaz) root (hd0,4) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.25.5-slitaz root=/dev/hda5
my permisson for lxpanel default is 700 but i change for 777 alla files and directorys and i have the same problem
i look the config file with my other slitaz and i dont have any option for pagers
by the way i lost changes only with my pager other changes are ok when i reboot my computer
