Install xorg-setxkbmap.tazpkg
Open terminal as root:
# setxkbmap ee
Test,is this the right keymap?
Yes, then add the bold to /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "Keyboard0"
        Driver      "kbd"
      Option      "XkbLayout" "ee"

I installed xorg-setxkbmap with package manager, but "setxkbmap ee" command gives me "-sh: setxkbmap: not found"

And checking files for xorg-setxkbmap from package manager gives me somesort of "file lost! /usr/bin/setxkbmap"

Of course i'm not sure that a installed it right...

Also /etc/X11/xorg.conf file is missing...

Something is broken on your system.
There is a receipt for xorg-setxkbmap which indicates it was installed.
But tazpkg check indicates there is no /usr/bin/setxkbmap :(
I would verify there is no /usr/bin/setxkbmap
which setxkbmap
should return
/usr/bin/setxkbmap
Open xterm with a working internet connection.
Become root: su -
Password: root
root@slitaz: tazpkg recharge
followed by tazpkg get-install xorg-setxkbmap --forced
If the installation fails:
Copy/paste the output from the above commands

To make the xorg.conf boot into slitaz, kill the xserver with ctrl+alt+ backspace
In console logon as root, password: root
Run the next 3 commands
X -configure
ENTER
mv xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf
ENTER
slim
ENTER
You should be back in X windows
Now open /etc/X11/xorg.conf with leafpad or nano text editor as root to add whats in bold in my previous post.

Keymap will activate if you kill/restart xserver as instructed above or on reboot.
If your running slitaz as a livecd and not installed none of this persists after a reboot.
