Yes... but I doubt you could use it's command line to send mass e-mails like you want. Try claws-mail --help in terminal to see what I mean.

What you could try, is using something like postfix to do this kind of work for you: http://www.postfix.org/ - it is also avaliable in the repository so you don't have to do too much work to get it.
