Trouble intalling SliTaz as VirtualBox guest.

    Hello all,
    I am new to SliTaz and am having trouble installing as a VirtualBox guest on Windows xp. The install seems to complete without problems, but when I restart the guest I receive the error "Fatal: No bootable media found! System halted. The .vdi appears with other VirtBx guests, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Afcx2 --

    I've had problems with restarting a SliTaz VM but powering it off completely and re-starting works fine!

    If it never boots from a 'cold' start, it would appear that GRUB did not install on the disk. Try booting from the live CD and running 'grub-install /dev/sda' on the disk drive to write it again.

    Thanks for your reply. Maybe I am missing something. I su to root, and execute 'grub-install /dev/sda' but am getting "Could not find device for /boot: Not found or not a block device" Any suggestions?
