How can install Clementine Player on SliTaz Cookie without internet conection??

It's for an old pc.

Clementine can be downloaded in rpm, deb, tar, tar.gz... so, i must install manually this packages but i haven't internet ADSL, only a Modem 3G (GSM/UMTS)...
