How to get screensaver for Slitaz?

    Hi,

    I love SLitaz. IT is better than ubuntu.

    HOWever, I need a screensaver. FRom reading previous threads, there appears to be a screensaver that is a blank screen which I would very much like to have.

    WHere can I enable this screensaver as I have waited for minutes and the screensaver does not appear?

    btw, I have a nvidia 195 drivers installed.

    Hi @bamx0rz --

    Have you seen this thread? I've converted the XScreenSaver packages from Debian and they which give you a screensaver daemon and a configuration GUI to set the timeout.

    You could try googling for "xorg blanking" to set up a timeout for when your monitor goes to powersaving mode, in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.

    xlockmore, a screensaver, is available as a regular package in stable 3.0.

    Where or how do you set persistent settings for xlockmore?

    I did not see in the manual.
