Soundconfig issue

    Hi I'm using latest cooking on my laptop see specs here:
    http://b0x.me/specs.txt
    I have problem when trying to setup soundcard
    Soundconf detects correct card but then has some error, and I can't run alsamixer either:

    amixer: Mixer attach default error: No such file or directory
    alsactl: save_state:1502: No soundcards found...

    Also, is there a way to change monitor gamma?

    Now still need gamma fix
    Are you going to keep forum this way?
    Seems to me you would better use some full featured message board like phpBB or simple machines forum with categorized and searchable content...
