missing BUILD_DEPENDS in cooking mplayer

    it needs xorg-videoproto to let the configure script enable xv , which is the default video output.

    It has the same issue in stable. Now I finally know how I enabled xv all those times...

    I also think mplayer-codecs should be included as an dependency.
